Before Your First Visit
To provide the best care and ensure appointment availability, all new patient visits at The Catalyst Spine Co. are personally confirmed prior to the appointment.
How it works:
Schedule your appointment using the booking calendar.
Dr. Tara will personally reach out by phone to introduce herself and briefly discuss your concerns.
A deposit is required to reserve your appointment time.
If we are unable to connect prior to your appointment, the time may be released so it can be made available to another patient.
Appointment Reservation Policy:
A deposit of $50 is required to reserve all new patient appointments and will be applied toward the cost of your visit.
Because appointment times are reserved specifically for you:
• Cancellations require at least 24 hours notice
• Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in a fee or forfeiture of the deposit
